Why most of our employees have been with us over 15 years.
You can trace our roots back to one woman, Charlotte Smith. She was a true pioneer. In a time where women were not business owners, she believed in herself enough to create a premier court reporting firm. A foundation was laid with principles like passion, attention to detail, keeping things simple and always listening to what clients want. She was seen as a trusted advisor, an advocate for her clients. Working with Charlotte was always a joy and that is why a good percentage of our staff has been with us for over 15 years. Even though she has passed on, we live and breathe what she believed.
